What's specific about Suzuki keys.
Suzuki uses Easy-S, its own immobilizer system, on most modern GSX-R, Hayabusa, V-Strom, GSX-S, and recent Boulevard trims. Older Boulevard cruisers, SV650 base trims, and entry-level models use mechanical ignition keys. The Hayabusa specifically uses an advanced Easy-S variant with starter-circuit handshake. We program every Suzuki immobilizer generation on-site.
Suzuki models we service most.
Coverage typically extends across the full Suzuki lineup. If your model isn't listed, call us — we likely cover it.
Suzuki motorcycle key pricing.
Mechanical / regular keys are flat-rate. Programmed keys (transponder, smart key, push-to-start) and all-keys-lost vary too much by year, model, and immobilizer system to publish a fixed range — quoted by phone before dispatch.
Whatever we quote on the phone is what you pay on arrival — key blank, cutting, on-site programming, dispatch all included. For the full motorcycle-services overview see the /motorcycle-keys parent page.
Common Suzuki questions.
What's Easy-S?
Easy-S is Suzuki's transponder-based immobilizer, used on most modern GSX-R, Hayabusa, V-Strom, and GSX-S models. The transponder chip in the key handshakes with the ECU before the engine will start.
Can you do a Hayabusa key on-site?
Yes — Hayabusa uses Easy-S. Programmed on-site with Suzuki-grade equipment. Typical 45–75 minutes.
GSX-R 1000 lost-key replacement?
Yes, on-site. GSX-R uses Easy-S — we program a new key without towing. Need year, VIN, and ownership documentation. 45–75 minutes typical.
Older Boulevard cruiser — easier?
Yes. Older Boulevard models (and SV650 base trims) use mechanical ignition keys. $185–$250 flat-rate, cut on-site, no programming needed.
